Strength Training for Runners
This is a strength training and mobility workout program that will compliment the stress of your running. The goal of this program is to strengthen and balance your body while also integrating a running program. As any sport, running has its innate injuries with the risk of overuse and muscular imbalances. Strength training and mobility exercises will aid with injury prevention. This program can last as long as you want it to and is programmed month by month in 4-week increments.
Strength Training for Health and Fitness
Strength training should be a major component of every health and wellness program. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends at least 2 days a week of strength training. No matter where you workout; at home, at a commercial gym, or in the park, we can make a program tailored for you and your goals! This program can last as long as you want it to and is programmed month by month in 4-week increments.
