Once your goals, fitness level, equipment access, health history, etc. have been received, your coach will design your plan and send it right to your inbox!
Remember, training is a team effort! You and your coach will work together throughout the duration of your training program to ensure that you are progressing well. Any and all modifications or tweaks needed can be made on a week-week basis.
